Before baking, our dough cold ferments for 72 hours – ingredients marry, flavors deepen, and unique textures begin to form. It then bakes hot and fast, sealing in all that slow-built complexity. Finally, each cookie rests for at least two hours, allowing flavors to mature and our signature fudgy center to fully develop. White Label Cookies are unlike any you’ve ever tasted.
